This Refund Policy applies to all digital educational products purchased from The Doggy Courses, a trade name operated by MEOS LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We stand behind the quality of our programs and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing any transaction.
We offer a full 30-day refund on all programs. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, we will process a full refund — no lengthy questionnaires.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if you meet all of the following conditions:
- Your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date;
- You purchased the program directly from The Doggy Courses (thedoggyplace.fr) or through an authorized sales channel operated by MEOS LLC;
- You contact us using the email address associated with your purchase;
- Your account has not been found to be in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing access credentials, downloading and redistributing content).
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@thedoggyplace.fr from the email address used when making your purchase;
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Program Name]";
- Include your order number or proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email, or transaction ID) in the body of the email;
- Briefly state that you are requesting a refund. You are not required to provide a reason, though feedback is always appreciated.
We will acknowledge your refund request within 1–2 business days and process the refund within 5–7 business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Digital Products — Nature of Delivery
All products sold by The Doggy Courses are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase. Given the nature of digital products, access to content is granted upon payment confirmation. Our 30-day refund policy is provided as a goodwill guarantee and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is submitted more than 30 calendar days after the purchase date;
- The account associated with the purchase has been found to have violated our Terms of Service, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of course access or content redistribution;
- The purchase was made through a third-party platform that operates its own refund policy (in such cases, the third-party platform's policy applies);
- The refund request relates to an already-refunded transaction.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us at support@thedoggyplace.fr before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account access and additional administrative fees. We will cooperate fully with payment processors and banks in resolving any legitimate disputes.
6. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. Residents of certain jurisdictions (including the European Union) may have additional consumer protection rights that apply regardless of this policy.
