All products are delivered digitally via online access. Physical delivery of any goods does not apply. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any program at any time. Enrolled students will retain access to program content they have purchased.

4. Purchase and Payment

All prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice; however, changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment of the stated amount. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

4.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and other governmental charges applicable to your purchase. Where required by law, applicable sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.

18. Dispute Resolution

Prior to initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@thedoggyplace.fr and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Earnings Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and MEOS LLC regarding your use of this website and our products, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
